For international orders, you can return your Rocket sunglasses for an exchange or full refund either via regular postal service or DHL Express.

By Regular Postal Service

Please send your Rocket sunglasses back to the following address:

Please choose a mailing option that offers a tracking code so that we can look up the parcel's status (in case it goes missing!).

By DHL Express

For a $29 USD fee, we can arrange for DHL to pick up your Rocket sunglasses from you at a time and place that is convenient for you. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. For example, if you paid $129 for a pair of Rockets, and you chose to return them via DHL Express, we would refund $100 ($129 - $29) to you.

To proceed with this option, please let us know so that we can email you a return label.

Exchange

If you want to exchange your Rockets for another colour, please follow the return procedure, and instead of refunding your order value, we'll send you a new pair in the colour of your choosing.

Notes

• A full refund or exchange is valid within 30 days of your receiving the product. In other words, if you received your Rockets on January 1, you have until January 31 to return it.
• The product must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
• As described on our shipping and returns page, we're currently unable to absorb the return shipping fee as we're still a small, independent company based in Singapore. In the future, when we expand our fulfilment network beyond Singapore, we hope to offer free returns. In the meantime, we're sorry for any inconvenience caused and would be grateful for your understanding.
